Registration is now open. You do not need to register to secure housing. 

Registration fees for txEDCON24

Full Board-Supt. Team Special Rate

New this year! Our registration system has been updated to automatically assign eligible members to the discounted registration option of "Team of 8" at a discounted rate of -$100 per registrant.

You must preregister your full board and superintendent on the same order to take advantage of this special rate.

If you have a vacancy on the board, you must notify registrar@tasb.org immediately after placing your registration order to ensure eligibility for the special rate.

Additionally, if one team member is unable to attend, it is not necessary to cancel that person as the overall cost will increase from $3,080 to $3,445; or from $3,480 to $3,795 for registrations made after Sept. 1.

If more than one team member is unable to attend, the rates will increase by $100 for the remaining team members, and a $50 cancellation fee per canceleld registrant will be assessed, if cancellation is received up to two weeks before the event per our Terms and Conditions.

TASA Students

Must have an active Student Membership at TASA.

Delegate Assembly

Make your board's voice count at the TASB Delegate Assembly, Sept. 28! This year's Assembly will approve the education issues for the 2024-2026 Advocacy Agenda and elect TASB leadership. Read more on how to register your board's Delegate and Alternate.

Guest badges

Guest badges are $75.

One guest badge is offered for $75 with each paid TASA or TASB Member registration and is available only for a personal guest (provided the person is not eligible for membership in TASA or TASB or for whom paid registration would otherwise be required). Guest badges are not available for Exhibitors, Non-Members, Students or Vendors. 

You may pre-register your guest when registration opens Tuesday, July 23. The guest registration link is only available from the txEDCON24 registration confirmation email. Email registrar@tasb.org if you need to request the registration link. 

Guest registration is only payable via credit card. 

A guest badge will only give a guest access to attend the following:

• Opening Reception
• Exhibit Hall
• The three General Sessions

Full registration is required for the following

• Public official of a school district
• Administrator or employee of a school district
• Member of the Council of School Attorneys (CSA)
• Administrator or employee of an education service center
• Vendors who are not exhibiting

Exhibitors

Companies who are exhibiting will request their badges through the exhibitor portal where they purchased their booth space beginning July 23.

Note for School Districts

School board members and administrators should coordinate registration through their district’s central office. TASA | TASB does not require session selection with registration; however, there are preconference options on Thursday, Sept. 26 and the Small School District Seminar, Texas Trustee Institute (TTI) and Board Officer Institute (BOI) on Friday, Sept. 27 that do require registration. A $50 non-refundable registration fee is required for the preconference sessions.
