Housing opens July 23.
Review the hotel options below and select three preferences before starting the reservation process.
Official Hotels and Discounted Rates
The Grand Hyatt San Antonio hotel is reserved for TASA and TASB board of directors and their boards.
If your board prefers to stay at the Grand Hyatt or you are not able to select your top preferences, use the CHM waitlist option after completing your reservation for an alternate hotel. CHM will work with you directly as rooms become available.

- Last day avoid paying $25 CHM processing fee for cancelling hotel room.
Tuesday, September 3
- Last day to reserve housing
Thursday, September 5
- Hotels may charge a holding fee of one room night to the credit card on file to serve as a deposit.
Hotel cancellation policy
An additional cancellation penalty of one (1) night's room rate plus tax will be charged to the card on file if you cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival or if you are a no-show.
Housing pirates
When we secure sleeping rooms at hotels for our conferences (commonly referred to as room blocks), we research the properties to make sure that our attendees will be adequately accommodated. The room block is established to ensure that rooms meet our standards and are offered at a discounted price.
We are informed that registrants are often contacted by fax, e-mail or most often by phone with offers for cut rate housing. The intent is to convince you that the offer is made on our behalf, or that the soliciting company is associated with TASA | TASB. This is not true.
The exclusive service provider for txEDCON housing is Convention Housing Management (CHM). Find more about how housing pirates work and what to do if you encounter this situation.
