Priority booth sales will open in March and public booth sales will open in April. An email will be sent out to priority point holders with more information about when their window to book a booth will be.

Cancellation Policy for booths reserved for txEDCON24
Partial refunds (amount paid by Exhibitor minus $200 processing fee) will be granted for space canceled if requested in writing by e-mail and received on or before June 30. No refunds will be granted for booth space canceled after June 30. If payment is not received by July 1, TASA | TASB reserves the right to terminate this Contract.
