We collaborate each year to produce one of the largest gatherings of public education decision makers in Texas. txEDCON provides attendees the opportunity to grow through education, exhibits, networking, and idea sharing.

Reserving a booth
Priority booth sales will open in March and public booth sales will open in April. An email will be sent out to priority point holders with more information about when their window to book a booth will be.

Who attends?
We host school board members, school administrators including superintendents, associate superintendents, other key district administrators and their guests. Texas public school districts provide combined expenditures of more than $64 billion annually, employ more than 705,000 people and serve over 5.3 million students.
Important dates/information
Service kit
Each 10' x 10' booth will be set up with 8' high black back drape and 3' high black side dividers. Booths 300 sqft or less will receive a 7" x 44" identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sqft will receive one upon request. All aisles and booths are not carpeted. Exhibitors will be permitted to install carpet.
Exhibitors are permitted to use a third party contractor. To do so, they must fill out our Exhibitor Appointed Contractor form and send it to convention@tasb.org by August 30.
Housing
Be on the lookout for housing pirates
Convention Housing Management (CHM) is our official housing company for txEDCON. An online form will be available on the Convention website and exhibitors should submit reservations online. If you need to reserve a hotel room, please contact CHM by calling 800.340.1905 or e-mail tasa_tasb@chmrooms.com for assistance.
Please note: CHM will not email or call you to make reservations and any company that does is not endorsed by TASA | TASB. For your own protection, do not make reservations with any other housing company that may approach you. Please forward any correspondence from a housing company to convention@tasb.org.
Exhibitor badge registration
Exhibitors may have up to 12 complimentary badges with a maximum of 25 badges per booth. Exhibitors may request additional exhibitor badges for an additional fee of $75 per badge.
Attendee list
Per TASA and TASB policy, this list will NOT contain email addresses.
TASA | TASB is the only provider of the attendee list and will NEVER charge for the list. Please delete all emails received from other third-party companies offering to sell these lists. txEDCON is not affiliated with and do not approve of these companies.
