Registration

Registration will open from ths site June 15, 2010. You may want to review the registration directions (pdf) before you get started. Pre-registration (through September 10)        

$285 for TASA/TASB members (including CSA members)
$385 for nonmembers  

On-site registration (after September 10)

$355 for TASA/TASB members (including CSA members)
$455 for nonmembers

Group Discount

Recognizing economic challenges and the value of comprehensive training for school district leadership teams, TASA/TASB is offering a discount for districts registering more than 10 people. Registrants 11 and above will be charged $250 each.

PLEASE NOTE: The discount applies only when all individuals are registered during one registration session, all individuals are eligible for the standard registration fee, and the registrations are received by the preregistration cutoff date.

Special Sessions

No additional fee is required for registered attendees to attend the Small School District Seminar or the Friday field trips; however, advanced registration is necessary, and participation is limited to only paid registrants.

Guests

No fee is required for guests of registered participants; however, if the guest is a district-level administrator or supervisor in an education service center, the guest is expected to pay the full registration fee.

Guest badges allow entry in to the General Sessions, Distinguished Lectures, and the  Exhibit Hall. Guests who wish to attend breakout or in-depth sessions are expected to register and pay the full registration fee.

Badges

A Convention badge, obtained by paying the registration fee, is required for admission to all Convention activities. Badges are available only to registered participants and their guests.

Deadlines and Refunds

Refund requests (pdf) must be by faxed to 512.482.8658 on or before September 10. A $50 cancellation fee per individual will be deducted from any refund request processed on or before September 10. After that date, there will be no refund of registration fees; however, substitutions and name changes may be made on-site.  Refunds will be made after Convention.
